November 15, 2021

ContainIQ has raised a $2.5 million seed round to grow the team and accelerate growth.

Nate Matherson
Co-founder & CEO

We are thrilled to announce that ContainIQ has raised a $2.5 million seed round from Lachy Groom Fund, Y Combinator, Taurus Ventures, Pioneer Fund, ACTAI Ventures, and from exceptional entrepreneurs including John Kim of SendBird, Michael Grinich of WorkOS, Rohit Mittal of Stilt, and others.

At ContainIQ we provide Kubernetes native monitoring and tracing instantly with our pre-built dashboards and easy to create monitors. With a one-line install, our customers get a comprehensive set of tools that require no configuration or ongoing maintenance. It just works.

This new funding round enables us to grow our team (we are hiring!) and to continue building for that next generation of technology companies that are using Kubernetes to scale their infrastructure.

We are excited to continue this journey with an incredible group of institutional and angel investors who believe in our mission of reinventing Kubernetes monitoring with a comprehensive and out-of-the-box solution.

We are also excited to announce our sponsorship and participation in this year’s KubeCon. If you are attending the event we would love to meet with you and show you our platform in action. Find us at booth SU67.

Finally, if you are interested in learning more about our open roles, I encourage you to check out our Careers page or to reach out to me personally at All roles can be performed remotely or can be located in our office in Hoboken, NJ.
